Privacy notice

Effective September 27, 2026. This notice describes the public MicroTrust website and its beta application form. MicroTrust is an As Above Technologies project led by Marc Theiler. Contact marc@asabove.tech with questions or requests.

Information you submit

The beta form requests your first name, last name, and email. You can optionally provide an X handle, how you found the project, and an avatar image. The application service also records an application identifier, receipt time, and processing status. Please provide only information needed for the application.

How the information is used and stored

Application information is used to review beta interest, identify duplicate applications, manage participation, and contact you about your request. Application records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Optional avatar files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to a newsletter, mint a token, or place these form fields on a blockchain.

Hosting, security, and measurement

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and application service. Requests can include technical data such as network address, browser details, requested URL, and time. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page performance and visits. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics description and privacy policy for its processing practices. External fonts or links may connect your browser to their respective providers.

Contact and email

If you email the project or receive a personal response to your application, email providers process and retain those messages under their own policies. The beta form's immediate receipt appears in your browser. It does not promise an automatic confirmation email.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can contact Marc to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your application and optional avatar, or ask to withdraw from beta consideration. Include the email used to apply. We may need to verify that you control the address before acting. Do not send additional sensitive documents unless necessary and specifically requested.

Retention and public records

Application records remain in the beta application system pending review and administration; the current service does not apply an automatic expiry period. Contact Marc to request removal. Email copies and provider security or backup records can follow separate retention practices. If you separately use a blockchain application, its public transaction records may be permanent and cannot generally be deleted by MicroTrust.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the application process or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
